Exchange and returns can be made through WhatsApp on +91 9266477311

If you're not happy with your purchase we offer exchanges and returns. Please request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges of Rs.200 will apply irrespective of the total bill value. 

Exchanges/ Returns are subject to inspection of the unworn/unused pieces. Pictures and videos of the products need to be shared on our WhatsApp number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/ refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, you will be receiving a link where you can enter the desired bank account details and get the refund credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The whole return pickup to refund process takes roughly 7 to 10 business days.

Consecutive exchanges/returns are not allowed. If a customer has exchanged/returned an order once for whatever reason and has reordered again from our website, we reserve the right to make it ineligible for return.
