Cancellation Window:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order with us. If your order has not been processed, we will issue a refund within 15 working days.
- No-Show Policy:
- A "no-show" is defined as failing to attend to collect your scheduled order without prior notice. No-shows will be charged the same as a return which is Rs. 200.

- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for cancellation (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
